Prescription Refills
Allow 24 hours for prescription refill approval. Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for refills between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Friday refills will be completed on Monday. Please plan accordingly. A medication refill that requires a written prescription may be picked-up at the office Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Lost or stolen medications will not be refilled under any circumstance. Refills will NOT be authorized outside of regular office hours.
APPOINTMENTS
Please make an appointment in advance by calling our office at 717-358-0800.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery. Please remember to bring your insurance information and a list of your current medications to your appointment.
Argires, Becker and Westphal Group follows all federal and state laws and reporting requirements regarding identity theft. Please be informed that it is a requirement that you bring a photo ID issued by a local, state or government agency (valid driver's license, "green card", passport, employee ID card, or student ID card, current utility bill if photo ID submitted does not resemble patient) to your appointment. If the patient is a minor, the patient's parent/guardian should bring the information listed above.
A Neurosurgeon and Orthopedic Physician is always on call after regular office hours for urgent problems.
